In the unlikely event that your Greenergy product is faulty, we will replace it as per the conditions below.

The warranty period for Greenergy lighting products is 2 years.
Warranty claims must be accompanied with a proof of purchase.
In the first instance, warranty claims must be addressed to Greenergy or an authorised Greenergy agent.
Greenergy will not accept claims for consequential or indirect costs.
The customer is responsible for the return of the product to Greenergy for assessment.
All Greenery products must be installed and operated as per the instructions provided.
Greenergy wil not accept warranty claims if there is evidence that the product has been used outside of the product's tolerances.
Greenergy will not accept warranty claims if there is evidence that any party, other than an authorised Greenergy agent or Greenergy employee has attempted to repair or dismantle the product.
Greenergy will replace the solar LED light within the warranty period, however no claim for warranty will be considered due to defect caused by; accident, negligence, improper use, improper handling, incorrect installation.
